Contact

Email

The one and only way to reach this project is email: hello@browserimageeditor.online. There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate — a form needs a server to receive it, and a site whose whole point is that your files never get uploaded should not be collecting your message that way either.

What to include

  • Which tool you were using, and what you did step by step.
  • Your browser and version, plus your operating system — most bugs are browser-specific.
  • What happened compared with what you expected, including any message in the page or in your browser's console.
  • An image, only if it helps. Attaching a file to an email is fine, but be aware of what it means: your email provider and ours will have a copy in transit, and it will sit in a mailbox. That is a different thing from the tools themselves, which keep everything local. Redact anything personal first.

What is genuinely useful

Bug reports about wrong output, tools that fail on a particular file, misleading copy, and accessibility problems are all welcome — those are the things that make the site better. Feature requests are read, though with a small project there is no schedule to promise.

What we cannot do

  • Process a file for you. There is no server that could accept one. If a tool fails on an image, the failure is in your browser and a report about it is what helps.
  • Recover a lost file. Nothing was ever stored, so there is nothing to recover. Always keep the original.
  • Provide legal advice about the images you work with, or about whether your use of a third-party image is permitted.

Replies

This is a small project run by its maintainer, so replies are best-effort rather than guaranteed, and a few days is a realistic expectation. If your message is about these terms or about privacy, say so in the subject line and it will be treated accordingly.
